How do I choose the right size?
Our boots are true to size and adaptable. Use our sizing guide to find your correct shoesize and remember, each pair includes two lace options and adjustable features for the perfect fit.
Do the boots need to be broken in?
Not really. Thanks to our soft lining and cork footbeds with gel cushioning, they’re designed to feel great from the first wear. That said, like all quality leather, they’ll mold to your shape over time. The cork will also further adjust to your feet.
What if I have wide or narrow calves?
No problem. The lacing system, lace stopper, and elastic laces allow for flexible adjustments. Our design works with many calf/foot ratios.
Can I return or exchange my boots?
Yes as long as they’re unworn and returned within 30 days. We offer size exchanges or full refunds. Check our Returns page for details.
How should I take care of my boots?
Clean them with a soft cloth and mild leather cleaner. Use conditioner occasionally. Keep them dry and out of direct heat. They'll thank you with years of use.
Where are the boots made?
Every pair is made in Portugal, designed in the Netherlands, and built with European materials. Our footbeds come from Austria. Each step is ethical, fair, and built to last.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship within Europe and are working to expand. Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout.
Can I ride in them every day?
Definitely. These boots are made to be worn, whether you're in the arena, on the trail, or at the barn.
Are the boots waterproof?
They’re water-resistant, not fully waterproof. That means they’ll handle light rain and damp conditions just fine, but they’re not made for standing in puddles or daily power-washing. Leather needs love.
What’s included in the box?
Each box includes your boots, a pair of standard laces, elastic laces for more flexibility, and a little guide to help you get the most out of them.
Do you offer custom designs or colors?
Not yet, but our three current models were carefully designed to fit a range of styles and moments. Let us know what you'd love to see next.
How long will my boots last?
With proper care, they’re built to last for years, even with daily use. The outer sole is extra durable, and the construction is designed for longevity, both in comfort and looks.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on your location, shipping usually takes between 3 to 10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your boots are on their way.
