The Story

At the heart of MyBoots is a mother-daughter team with a century of shoemaking in their blood. The Moeskops family has been working with shoes for nearly a century, specializing in orthopedic footwear long before it was cool to care about comfort. Founder Saskia grew up in this world of craftsmanship, and she lived and breathed shoes (and shoe addiction) long before she ever turned it into a business.

After a career spent training horses Saskia kept running into the same frustration: riding boots that just didn’t work. Too stiff. Too painful. Too awkward to get on or off. So she decided to fix it.

With deep roots in the shoe industry and a lifetime in the saddle, Saskia launched a research project that spoke to hundreds of riders about their everyday struggles with footwear. Two years later, MyBoots was born. Designed to help riders focus on what really matters: doing what they love.

This is a family firm in the truest sense, backed by generations of knowledge, a deep respect for the sport, and a mission to empower riders everywhere.

Made by Riders

Every part of our boots is grounded in research and conversations with the people in the arena. We spent over two years collecting feedback from hundreds of riders and trainers. The same issues came up again and again.

Ankles that felt pinched or unstable. Footbeds with no support. Boots that were impossible to pull on or off without strange tricks. Riders were adapting themselves to their boots, when it should be the other way around.

So we fixed it. Our boots are built with rider-tested solutions:

  • A fit that adapts to you
  • Easy-entry design that doesn’t fight back
  • A cork footbed for support, plus a gel cushion in the heel for long days on your feet

Real problems, thoughtfully solved.

Ethical Craft

We believe craftsmanship should be responsible—from start to finish. Every MyBoots product is made entirely in Europe, using only high-quality, ethically sourced materials.

  • Designed in the Netherlands
  • Handmade in Portugal
  • Footbeds produced in Austria
  • Leather and components sourced Europe

Every boot is assembled by hand, by skilled artisans who know that real quality takes time and care. We don’t mass produce—and we never will. That’s how we guarantee comfort, durability, and a conscience you can stand on.

Real Comfort

You shouldn’t have to choose between performance and comfort. Our boots do both.

We engineered our fit to work with your foot and ankle, not against them. The result? A boot that supports your ride, cushions your step, and feels like part of you by the end of the day.

From the stable to the show ring, these are boots you’ll actually want to wear, on and off the horse.
